Behzad is an active investor in the oil industry distribution centers, high-tech startups, and residential real estate. He joined SIG to increase his exposure to new opportunities and contribute to SIG with his vast business and manufacturing knowledge. His background includes a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and an M.S. degree in computer engineering from Washington State University in 1987. He has been in the semiconductor industry for over 35 years, covering design, management, and sales. In addition, he started the Direct Rubber Industries (DRI) in 2008, providing design, manufacturing, and distribution services to a variety of sectors. They include biotechnical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, and cannabis extraction. Over 70% of its products are FDA approved.
