Prior to becoming an angel investor Bijan has founded and successfully managed several businesses in diverse fields ranging from medical practices to import-export ventures. Bijan proposed the original idea of SIG in 2017 to his peers and is a co-founder of SIG.

Dr. Bijan Motamedi is an active angel investor and an entrepreneur. Bijan obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Alongside his medical training he also pursued an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
Combination of a Medical Degree and an MBA has allowed Bijan to be involved in a diverse portfolio of investments and startups. Bijan’s investment portfolio includes commercial and residential real estate, medical devices as well as Hi-tech startups.
