Matt Molkara is a seasoned Real Estate Investor. Matt obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cal State University, Los Angeles. He spent ten years in Aerospace, Oil and Gas and Walt Disney Imagineering. Matt started a career in Real Estate and in 1999 Joined an international firm as a Broker, managing Commercial Real Estate and Business Sales Transactions. After seven years he continued his business education and became a Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary. He formed his own boutique M&A firm in 2006 and continues to manage transactions for privately held Business and Commercial Real Estate sales & acquisitions. Matt’s current portfolio is comprised of Commercial and Residential real estate holdings. He is also owner of a busy hair salon in Southern California. He is co-founder of SIG.
